I had a very unpleasant customer experience on the 28th of July at the Koton store of Cevahir mall. The blonde cashier who worked there (morning) was rude and impolite. The name on the bill is Sevval K. She doesn't speak english, and instead of making an effort so we can communicate, she slammed the credit card machine and various utensils on the counter, also rolled her eyes and sighed loudly when I requested explanations. Witnessing this behavior made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. This unfortunately conveys a really bad image of hospitality in Turkey.
